Anacortes Airport (OTS)

Anacortes Airport offers commercial passenger flights to the San Juan Islands and  provides general aviation services.  Airports in the region with expanded commercial passenger services include Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Oak Harbor-Whidbey Island and Bellingham International Airport.

Location: The airport is located close to and west of downtown Anacortes, a short distance from the ferry terminal. 

Highway Connections:  State route WA20 in nearby to the north of the airport.  WA20 connects to the east with Interstate Highway 5 at Burlington.

Parking: Parking facilities are available at the airport.

Airport Facilities and Services: Passenger services are limited.

Web Site:  The Port of Anacortes has information about the airport on it web site along with links to other sources of information.

Ground Transportation: Skagit Transit is the county bus system.  Amtrak rail service is available at nearby Mount Vernon.  Shuttle services also operate from Anacortes to Seattle International Airport.  Washington State Ferries provide services from Anacortes to the San Juan Islands and to Sidney, north of Victoria, British Columbia.

Hotels, Motels and Restaurants: There is a good selection of hotels and motels in Anacortes and in surrounding communities.

Weather: The web site published by the U.S. National Weather Service is an excellent source of information for weather conditions and forecasts for the area of this airport and other parts of the United States.
