Oak Harbor Airpark (ODW) Oak Harbor Airpark has flights by a local flight service company to Seattle. Location: The airport is located on Whidbey Island. Highway Connections: State route WA20 is a short distance to the west of the airport. It connects with Interstate 5 to the east at Burlington. Road Conditions: Road conditions should be checked on the Washington Department of Transportation web site, especially from late fall through the winter and early spring when snow and ice may be factors.
