Oak Harbor Airpark (ODW)

Oak Harbor Airpark has flights by a local flight service company to Seattle. 

Location: The airport is located on Whidbey Island. 

Highway Connections:  State route WA20 is a short distance to the west of the airport.  It connects with Interstate 5 to the east at Burlington. 

Road Conditions: Road conditions should be checked on the Washington Department of Transportation web site, especially from late fall through the winter and early spring when snow and ice may be factors.  This web site also has other information that will be of interest to travelers.

Car Rentals: Car rentals are available locally.

Parking: Parking is available at the airport.

Airport Facilities and Services: Passenger services are limited.

Ground Transportation: Taxis are available locally.

Hotels, Motels and Restaurants: There is a limited selection of hotels on Whidbey Island.  There is a larger selection of hotels at Anacortes, north of Oak Harbor.

Alternate Airports:  Airports that may serve as alternates for ground destinations in the area include Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (and the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry) (see Washington State Ferry service) and Bellingham International Airport (and Interstate 5 to WA20).  Anacortes Airport could also be used as an alternate in some instances.

Weather: The web site published by the U.S. National Weather Service is an excellent source of information for weather conditions and forecasts for the area of this airport and other parts of the United States.
