Highway Routes from the Airport: From the airport take I-64 SE-bound to US13 and I-264/State Route VA44. US13 runs north to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Atlantic coast communities in Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. I-264 runs west to downtown Norfolk and Portsmouth. VA44 runs east to the Oceano Naval Air Station and downtown Virginia Beach.
I-64 runs north and west to Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg and Richmond.
