Monterey Peninsula Airport (MRY) Monterey Peninsula Airport (MRY) is a regional airport on the central California coast with a large number of flights to Los Angeles International Airport and San Francisco International Airport. The airport also has general aviation and charter services. Location: The airport is located approximately 4 miles/6 km east of downtown Monterey and on the south side of Seaside. Highway Connections: The terminal area is adjacent to state route CA68 and 2 miles/3 km east of CA1, the scenic Pacific Coast Highway. CA68 runs east to Salinas and US101.
