This is a small regional airport in central California with connecting flights to San Francisco International Airport. For passenger flights to Los Angeles International Airport, Merced Municipal Airport may be a preferable alternative. Highway Connections:  State route CA132/Yosemite Blvd. is to the north of the airport and connects to CA99 west of the airport and near downtown Modesto.
