Capital:  Majuro

Airports:   Majuro (MAJ) and Kwajalein are international ports of entry.  There are several small airports, some with unpaved runways, scattered around the other islands.

Time Zones:  Kwajalein:  Current local time. Standard time is 12 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  Majuro:  Current local time. Standard time is 12 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  

Languages:  English and Marshallese are the official languages.  Marshallese dialects and Japanese are also in use.
