Welcome to the City and Province of Lucca

The province of Lucca is to the west-northwest of Florence in the Tuscany region in the north-central area of Italy, north of Rome.  The web site for the province and its tourism pages have information (Italian and English) on a variety of topics of local interest, including culture, travel and tourism.

Airport: Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport is on the north side of the city and serves Florence and the region with an extensive range of flights to other parts of Italy and Europe.  The airport also provides general aviation services.  The airport's web site has Italian and English versions and offers information on a range of topics of interest to travelers.  Pisa International Airport - Galileo Galilei has commercial passenger services to domestic and European airports as well as charter flights.
