Welcome to the Ishikawa Prefecture

The Ishikawa Prefecture is part of the Chubu Region which is centrally located on the island of Honshu. 

The official web site for the prefecture has an English version with information about the prefecture including tourism and transportation.

The Kanazawa and Komatsu web sites have information in English about places of interest in and around their cities.

The Kanazawa Convention Bureau is a very good multi-lingual resource to assist with travel planning.

The Hakusan National Park is in the Gifu, Fukui and Ishikawa prefectures.

Airport:  Komatsu Airport and Noto Airport have flights to other domestic airports.
