The Great Wall in Liaoning, Jilin, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Xinjiang, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan and Qinghai provinces has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Dule Temple in Jixian County has been submitted for World Heritage status to UNESCO.
