Nanjing is the capital of the province.  The web site for the municipality of Nanjing has Chinese and English versions.  The English version has information that will be useful for planning travel to this area.

The official web site for Zuzhou is only in Chinese.  An English version is planned.

The Classical Gardens of Suzhou and the the Imperial Tombs of the Ming and Qing Dynasties have been declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

The Ancient Town of Tongli, the Ancient Town of Zhouzhuang and the Ancient Venetian Township in the South of Yangtze River - Luzhi have been submitted for World Heritage status to UNESCO.

One of the more popular tour routes for modern visitors to China follows the Yangzi (Yangtze) River from Shanghai through Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Chongqing and Sichuan provinces.

The tomb of Zheng He (1371-1433), one of China's and the world's greatest explorers, is at the southern outskirts of Niushou in Nanjing. 

Airports:  There are airports at Changzhou, Nanjing (Tachiaochang Airport), Suzhou, Wuxi and Xuzhou.  The official web site for Changzhou Airport has Chinese and English versions but the English version is very limited in information.  The official web sites for Nanjing Lukou International Airport and Xuzhou Airport are only in Chinese.
