About Airports and Transportation One of the key elements in planning air travel is knowing which airports are available. This is not a problem with major national and international airports, but when destinations are located beyond these airports it is important to know other options. To resolve this problem, we have listed on the airports page for each country (or state, province, region, where applicable) all of the airports that we have confirmed with commercial passenger service. In many cases, these lists will let travelers know of flight options they may not have been aware of. TravelData21 has also accumulated information about a large number of individual airports and provided separate pages for them with links from the national and state airport pages where applicable. Choose from the appropriate link in the navigation bar to the left. A variety of information that will be of interest to travelers - flights, airport location, highway connections, driving advice, ground transportation, etc. - is shown on these pages. We are also in the process of adding basic data for airports providing general aviation services. In many cases, we have included links to official and semi-official web sites for airports for detailed information about flight schedules and other services. We believe this comprises one of the largest collections of links to these airport web sites. Links are also given to many other web sites with other travel-related information. We are also developing plans to provide maps for areas around airports. Top of Page Back to the Home Page |
